Does Brazil Measure Up Without One of Our Favorite Dishes at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival?
Greetings from A Taste of Food and Wine, the modified EPCOT International Food and Wine Festival for 2020!
We’ve hopped around World Showcase to check out this year’s food and beverage offerings, including Food and Wine favorites from years past in Japan (with our beloved Frothy Ramen!) and some special items from Flower and Garden Festival! Today, we traveled over to the Brazil Booth to see what was cooking!
The Brazil Booth is located between the Morocco and France Pavilions.
Brazil has a smaller menu this year, with a BIG omission from last year! The Moqueca Brazilian Seafood Stew was among the Best of the Fest last year, but it did NOT return this year! Cue our tears.
The other two dishes offered at the Brazil Booth are returning items! The Crispy Pork Belly has been around for AGES, so fans of this dish will be delighted to see its return this year. It costs $6.
The Pão de Queijo ($4.50) also returned, much to the delight of cheese lovers everywhere. This Brazilian Cheese Bread makes us want to go on another Cheese Crawl…
The Brazil Booth also features two beverages for purchase: the M.I.A. Beer Company Barbossa Black Beer ($4.50 for a 6 ounce pour or $8.50 for a 12oz pour) and the Frozen Caipirinha featuring LeBlon Cachaça for $11. Pair either of these beverages with one of the food offerings, and you’ve bought yourself a one-way ticket to Brazil!
