Flavor Full Kitchen

Although we’ve already taken you with us today to try Pineapple Promenade, we’re making a stop for some healthy and super tasty eats and treats!

The Flavor Full Kitchen hosted by AdventHealth has returned with snacks and drinks that not only taste good, but will make you feel good too!

You can start your meal off with the plant-based Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis.

This dish was a hit for us! As the name of the booth suggests, this was FULL of FLAVOR (see what we did there?). This dish costs $4.75, or one Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit.

And, now it’s time for the main course with the Seared Verlasso Salmon with Farro Risotto and Micro-herbs.

Another win for us, the salmon was super fresh and the farro was delicious! If you’re a salmon lover, then you’ll totally wanna try this one out. For $6.25 you can give this dish a try, or use one of your Dining Plan Snack Credits!

But, you can’t have a meal without dessert, and the Strawberry Mousse with Chocolate Crisp Pearls is a really bright and fun option!

While this is certainly one of the more intriguing dishes to look at, our mousse was bland. 🙁 There was an interesting mixture of texture however with a nice crunch, and the fruit was a good touch of freshness. This dessert costs $4.75, or one Dining Plan Snack Credit.

Back again for another year, the Blood Orange Agua Fresca with its refreshingly sweet flavors.

The Cookie Butter Worms and Dirt (a classic with a twist!) is also returning as one of the booth’s non-alcoholic sips.
