News: Orlando International Airport TSA Officer Tested Positive for Coronavirus
We know this has been a deeply troubling time for many families impacted by the Coronavirus. We’ve heard of several parties forced to cancel or reschedule trips to Disney World along with Disney Cast Members being sent home in an effort to protect guests from COVID-19.
We have received news that we felt needed to be shared with any readers who have been been passing through the Orlando International Airport in the midst of the latest events.
According to a local area news station, WFTV9, a Transportation Security Officer at the Orlando International Airport has initially tested positive for COVID-19. He has since returned home and is resting until he has received a doctor’s clearance.
Other TSA officers who had been in contact with the affected officer were advised to self-quarantine for the next 14 days.
At this time, we do not have any further details regarding when the officer was working, but we will keep you updated with any new information!
