News! Disneyland Paris Hotels and Disney Village Closing Due to Coronavirus!
We’ve been keeping you posted will all the latest impacts the Coronavirus has had on Disney including the closure of Disney parks such as Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris.
Disney originally announced that parks would be closed and all hotels at Disneyland Paris and the Disney Village would remain open to guests. However, the most recent announcement from Disneyland Paris shows a change of plans.
Beginning this morning, March 15th, Disneyland Paris will close its hotels and Disney Village to all guests.
The hotel plans to close following all guests departures and all cancellation and modification fees will be waived until April 15th. You are also able to postpose your trip until October 15th, 2020 without any fees (apart from transportation). If your arrival date was scheduled for April 1st – June 1st, 2020, you are also included in this offer.
You can call +33 1 60 30 60 53 or fill out a contact form at contact.disneylandparis.com with any questions. Disneyland Paris is experiencing a high volume of calls and requests that you hold your calls until a later date, even if you were planning to check in within the week.
The decision to close has likely been made in an effort to protect guests and Cast Members from the Coronavirus. We will keep you posted with what this will mean for guests currently staying at the hotels or those who were planning to attend during park closure.
