A 300 Minute Wait?! We’re LIVE From the Grand Opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
The brand new attraction Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway has officially opened in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. While we’ve already given you a FIRST LOOK at the attraction and the merch, it’s time to step inside.

We showed up around 6:10 this morning to find a pretty hefty crowd of people had already gathered.

Here’s a look behind us! While this hasn’t been totally unusual since the grand opening of Rise of the Resistance, it was still a larger group of people waiting to enter the park!
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway Crowds
We were allowed into the park at 6:51 AM and were able to hop in line for the ride immediately. It was up and running for guests to ride before the official park opening at 8 AM. We have seen the wait time fluctuate between 180 minutes and 300 minutes.

Currently, the wait time is 300 minutes…that’s 5 HOURS!

This new attraction allows guests to follow Mickey and Minnie into the zany cartoon world. We were able to hop on the ride yesterday and once again this mornin’!
