I scream, you scream, we all scream for the Birthday Sundae Cupcake! If this looks familiar, you may remember it from 2018 when we celebrated Mickey’s birthday, and we are so thrilled it’s still around. We love that the presentation has received a bit of an update because this thing is even cuter now. I mean, just look at all the fun colors!

What makes this cupcake absolutely next level is the hardened dark chocolate on top of a pillowy bed of vanilla frosting, which was dyed in a swirl of pink and blue. The chocolate is then topped with sprinkles and a cherry because, of course, you need a cherry on top of the sundae! It only gets better when you cut inside – the funfetti cupcake is filled with a large helping of strawberry jelly!
