Paddlefish in Disney Springs to Host Epic New Orleans Cooking Demo!
Mardi Gras is almost here and has us craving some N’awlins cuisine. So maybe you won’t be making it to the French Quarter this year, but have you ever wanted to celebrate while dining aboard a luxurious steamboat? Ummm. Yes, please!

Well, Paddlefish located at Disney Springs is here to make that wish come true!
Paddlefish will be hosting a New Orleans Cooking Demo on Saturday, February 8. This hard-ticketed event will feature a 3-course dinner celebrating Louisiana classics. The event will kick-off with Stuffed Mirliton which features shrimp, chourico, and a creole mustard sauce. For the main event, dig into the iconic NOLA dish, Crawfish Étouffée. Then, end things on a sweet note with Classic Bananas Foster.
