NEWS! Guest Experience Team Members Now at Your Service in Epcot!
Disney does their best to ensure that each guest’s vacation is absolutely magical.

And, while we have already seen Guest Experience Teams popping up at other locations around Disney World, you can now get help from them in Epcot.
Starting today, the Guest Experience Team will be setting up their own little stops around the park so you can ask questions during your visit.

You can talk to a Guest Experience Team Member right as you walk into the Epcot near the previous Mouse Gear location. And, just look at that smile that says “Welcome home!!”

You can stop by and chat with the Guest Experience Team about dining reservations, FastPass+ options, and so much more. There is also a TON of construction and change taking place around Epcot, so if you have any questions, you can ask about the Epcot Transformation as well.
