What’s New at Hollywood Studios — Rise of the Resistance Officially OPENS, Irish Cream Cold Brew, and Jango Fett Steins!
Hey, everybody! It’s time for another roundup of What’s New at Hollywood Studios!
While Disney World’s Rise of the Resistance is NOW officially OPEN, we’ve been busy running around the parks to see what new construction, food, and merchandise updates we can share with you!
There’s been quite a bit happening (as you can probably imagine!) at Hollywood Studios lately –including Rise of the Resistance’s dedication ceremony last night — click here if you missed it! And here’s the latest scoop on what’s been going on at Hollywood Studios!
Construction Update at Hollywood Studios
Entrance
On our way heading into the park, we spotted a new Hollywood Studios sign up above the security checkpoint.
Grand Avenue
Meanwhile, the new construction we’ve been monitoring closely has finally been revealed! We can now confirm the building across from Sci-Fi Dine-In Restaurant is MORE restrooms! (We had our suspicions when we saw drinking fountains installed and the words “Public Water Works” appear last week!)
The new restrooms are near the entrance to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — a good last stop before heading to Rise of the Resistance!

Food Update at Hollywood Studios
Trolley Car
We had to stop by Trolley Car Cafe and see if they had the new Starbucks Irish Cream Cold Brew we’ve been searching for…and they did! The cost of a grande is $4.79!
This thing is seriously delicious! It’s kinda like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew we’re also totally obsessed with! We would definitely suggest you request extra foam — the MOST tasty part! The cocoa powder gives the drink a sweet richness which we loved!
And just like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, this little puppy is now available at ALL Starbucks locations — not just the ones at the Disney parks! We highly advise you to treat yo’self if you can’t make it to Disney World for the holidays!
Merchandise Update at Hollywood Studios
Multiple Locations
Delicious Starbucks drinks aside, we spotted this new Star Wars Jango Fett Souvenir Stein at several locations throughout the park for $9! We first spotted the stein in Disneyland, but it looks like it’s made its way over here just in time for Rise of the Resistance’s grand opening!

Dark Room
2020 merch has been rollin’ into the parks lately as we get ready to call 2019 a wrap! Check out the new 2020 Lanyards we spotted at the Dark Room today. There are two designs and each costs $9.95.
There’s also this 2020 Lanyard Pouch for $9.99 to hold all your cards!
Once Upon a Time
And at Once Upon a Time we found the Frozen Ever After Wishables that were released yesterday! Each one costs $9.99, and all are in blind bags except for Olaf!
Olaf is such a cutie! We knew we needed to add him to our slowly amassing army of Wishables!

Beverly Sunset Boutique
At Beverly Sunset Boutique, we spotted this cute Youth Kevin Wild and Free Shirt for $19.99!
Launch Bay
And at Launch Bay, we stumbled up a treasure trove of The Mandalorian Funko POP! toys for $14.99 each! While they didn’t have The Mandalorian figure, we saw IG-11, Cara Dune...
…and Kuiil! If you’re willing to wait, you can pre-order the Baby Yoda Funko POP! here! Just know, it won’t be here until springtime of next year!

Well, friends! That’s it for this edition of What’s New in Hollywood Studios — until next time! We’ll be back with more food, construction, and merchandise updates for you as soon we spot ’em!
