The Gingerbread Bundt Makes Its ADORABLE Debut in Disney World!
Happy Holidays, DFB friends! We are back with even more holiday goodies for you! Make no BUNDTS about it — we found a really YUMMY treat while checking out Disney’s Pop Century Resort that we had to share!
Between the Gingerbread Bundt Cake, the Giant Christmas Tree Cupcake, the adorable Elf Dome, and the Eggnog Cupcake, we’ve been in holiday treat heaven lately.
This Gingerbread Bundt is a ginger-spice muffin batter cake, topped with lemon-flavored icing, sprinkles, edible glitter, and a festive candy piece.
We chose ours adorned with a cute penguin candy piece, but we also saw snowflake and ornament pieces! Just looking at this Gingerbread Bundt put huge smiles on our faces! The ginger spice is very evident in the flavor of this bundt cake and we feel like this should be a great choice for guests who LOVE all things ginger! If you don’t like the flavor of ginger or ginger spice, you may want to pass on this one.
As for us, we absolutely loved it! The cake was neither too dry nor too moist. Because it is made with a muffin mix, it lives up to its gingerbread name. It’s definitely more of a bread than a cake! The lemon icing gives it a very unique flavor profile, and it’s adorable to boot! MUFFIN compares to it!
You can purchase your own Gingerbread Bundt for $4.49 plus tax or one Disney Dining Plan snack credit.
While you’re here, make sure to check out all of the other holiday treats we’ve reviewed for you, such as this beautiful wreath cupcake, Christmas tree cupcake, and a white-chocolate peppermint cream cheese mousse.
