The Peppermint White Chocolate Eclair is one handsome-looking dude! Why, it almost looks like he’s wearing a holiday sweater…we’d talk to him at a Christmas party, for sure!

Just look at that gorgeous pâte à choux pastry sliced down the middle and topped with a peppermint mousse filling! The top “bun” is dunked in milk chocolate, then drizzled with white chocolate and hit with little red and green sprinkles!

When we sliced into the Peppermint White Chocolate Eclair, two things happened! First, our mouths started to water! Second, we had to keep ourselves from devouring it in two large bites!

But in all seriousness guys, the Peppermint White Chocolate Eclair was SUPER yummy! While it definitely tasted minty to us, the peppermint flavor wasn’t overpowering. Plus the richness of the pastry and chocolaty-ness really helped to cut through the mint!
