And, even though we love the seasonal sweets, sometimes you just gotta take it back to the basics. That’s why the latest drink being poured in Epcot is fruity twist you don’t want to miss!
The Strawberry Dream Rossini is being shaken and stirred (with a popsicle!!) at Via Napoli in the Italy Pavilion!

The drink is mixed with strawberry purée and prosecco sparkling wine and garnished with a regular strawberry popsicle.

The Strawberry Dream Rossini is an absolute delight. The flavors are all extremely fresh and taste more like real strawberry instead of anything artificial. Although the popsicle would melt super fast on a hot day, ours slowly blended into the drink. The prosecco is a little strong at first, but the strawberry blends wonderfully with it so the booze isn’t too overpowering.
