This Disney World Gingerbread House is a Food Lovers DREAM!
The gingerbread displays keep rollin’ in!

And on a trip through Disney’s BoardWalk Inn’s lobby this morning, we saw this deluxe Disney World’s resort’s gingerbread display was comin’ along nicely!
Although the display wasn’t finished yet, to us, it totally looked good enough to eat! And while the 2019 Disney’s Boardwalk Inn made out gingerbread, chocolate and candies closely resembles displays from previous years, its festive details and gorgeous confectionery artistry are really putting us in the holiday spirit!

The BoardWalk Inn’s gingerbread display is everything we love about this Disney World resort. The structure is replicated by pastry chefs who really know a thing or two about gingerbread and the BoardWalk!

Perhaps one of our favorite buildings is the BoardWalk Bakery, which has a little window where you can peek inside!

This year it looks like Mickey and Minnie Mouse are manning the shop! We don’t see any of our favorite Boardwalk Bakery breakfast sandwiches (Ooey Gooey for the win!), but we do see plenty of sweet tasty-looking treats and other goodies!

Outside of the bakery, a sweet Christmas tree is adorned with little fondant decorations of bakery supplies including measuring spoons, recipe cards, and cutting boards — too cute!

Further down the boardwalk, we spotted the superfly Flying Fish!

It also had a Christmas tree out front featuring nautical elements like starfish, shells, and little blue fish candies — but remember, “fish are friends, not food!”

The ESPN Club is going to PUMP YOU UP if you’re not already excited about the Christmas season!

Meanwhile, their tree is decorated with baseballs and basketballs, topped with an ESPN Club pennant!

And while Trattoria al Forno is known for its Italian cuisine and Bon Voyage Character breakfast, things have taken a turn for the sweet now that the restaurant has been remodeled out of gingerbread!

We love spotting all the little details of this year’s gingerbread BoardWalk Inn! Check out this little Popcorn cart! We can almost smell the kernels popping!

And how charming is this little hotdog stand? We’d love to see the size of the tiny hotdogs it’s servin’!

We’d also love to hang this miniature wreath on our front door for the holidays!

And as you probably already know, Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is a magical place to tie the knot! Check out the romantic pergola complete with a wedding cake!

There’s also the gazebo — just like the one you’ll find overlooking Cresent Lake — and is that Cinderella’s carriage we spy? It sure is!

While the Disney’s BoardWalk Inn gingerbread display is still undergoing construction, Cast Members informed us there will be treats soon! In the meantime, you can check out the Grand Floridian’s Gingerbread House, Contemporary Resort’s Gingerbread Castle, Wilderness Lodge’s Gingerbread Cabin, and Beach Club’s Gingerbread Carousel!
