We have spotted a new cupcake at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and this one will surely “make a splash” with mermaid fans!
New Underwater Princess Cupcake at Caribbean Beach Resort
The delicious, tropical flavors found at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort eateries carry through to this yummy new option!
The Underwater Princess Cupcake consists of pineapple cake filled and topped with coconut buttercream (!!!), blue and lavender icing, and blue crisp pearls. It is adorned with a lavender seashell, and graham cracker “sand”. This cupcake is fit for a mermaid princess!

The Underwater Princess Cupcake is one of the more unique Walt Disney World cupcakes we’ve had lately. The coconut buttercream is absolutely delightful. It is perfectly balanced with the pineapple cake, which is dense and not too sweet.
We loved cutting it in half and finding even more of that delicious coconut buttercream in the middle. What a sweet surprise.

Lastly, the blue crisp pearls “make waves” by giving this tasty treat the perfect crunch!
