There’s a NEW Way to Save Your Vacation Memories in Disney World
Fans of Disney’s PhotoPass service, we’ve got something new you may love to save those vacation pics!
If you’ve had your pic snapped by PhotoPass photographer, one of those instantly-loved PhotoPass camera boxes (ha!), or snapped a Magic Shot or 2 around the parks, you know all too well that pictures taken by Disney can be great memories to save long after your trip. And now there’s an easier way!
Disney’s Memory Maker is a (pricey!) but great service for guests who want to get full use out of PhotoPass services around the parks and leave their own cameras behind.
It costs $199 or $169 if purchased in advance of your trip, and grants you unlimited downloads of any PhotoPass photos taken during your trip. This includes Magic Shots, pics taken by PhotoPass Photographers, ride photos, and more for up to 45 days after the photo was taken. Many Annual Passholders get Memory Maker benefits included in the price of their passes and can access their photos up to 365 days after they were taken. But what happens after that??
Even if you download your photos while you can, what if something happens to your computer? You wouldn’t want to lose those great photos (especially if you spent a pretty penny to get them!). Disney has a new solution: The Disney PhotoPass Archive USB.
This little USB drive is available for $34.95 on the Disney PhotoPass site. You can go online and, at the time of purchase, all Memory Maker photos available on your account will be mailed directly to you on a little USB for safekeeping! Now you won’t have to worry about losing all your favorite family photos from Disney World (well…as long as you don’t go losing the little USB drive, that is!).
