News! Disney Shares FULL MENU for the Grand Floridian Resort’s Enchanted Rose Lounge
In case you missed it, Enchanted Rose is the official name for the bar and lounge coming to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.
The Beauty and the Beast-themed lounge will replace the Resort’s Mizner’s Lounge and is expected to open sometime this fall. While we recently got a sneak peek at a few of the menu items, Disney has now released the FULL MENU!
Learn all about the Enchanted Rose lounge here!
Enchanted Rose will mostly serve beverages, but they’ll also offer several starters. Options will range from Truffle Fries (yummm) for $14 and Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp for $19 to White Sturgeon Caviar for a whopping $95.
The Mini Smoked Short-Rib Sliders ($16), which feature Glacier Blue Cheese, onion marmalade, and split-top buns look especially delicious!
As we mentioned before, you’ll find a whole bunch of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu, including nine Featured Cocktails!
We can’t decide which ones we want to try first — the Island Rose, which features Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose, lime, orgeat, pineapple, bitters, and rose water, or the Floral Bitter Beauty, which combines Hendrick’s Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, lemon, and soda.
You’ll also be able to choose between several Grand Cocktails, which are priced per serving. The Negroni, Mojito, and Kir Royal sound yummy to us!
If you’re in the mood for a martini, you’ll have your choice between several when Enchanted Rose Lounge opens! Most notable to us is the Aura and Me, which features Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, honey, pink peppercorn, cardamom, and lemon. Also appealing is the Espresso Martini, which combines Stoli Vanil Vodka, espresso, and Crème de Cacao.
Enchanted Rose Lounge will also offer a variety of beers and hard ciders…
…in addition to a nice selection of wines and champagnes!
We appreciate the fact that these wines are all available by the glass in addition to the bottle.
If you aren’t in the mood for an alcoholic beverage during your visit to the Enchanted Rose Lounge, you’ll still have several non-alcoholic drinks to choose from!
We personally want to try the Garden Spritzer, which features Seedlip Garden 108 Herbal Distilled Non-alcoholic Spirit, lime, agave, and soda, and the B&B, which combines fresh-brewed Twinings of London iced tea, lemon, blueberry, and basil.
There are so many things we want to try when the Enchanted Rose Lounge opens! While Disney has not released an official opening date yet, we do know it’s slated to open sometime this fall. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more updates on this new location!
