NEW Disney World PRICE CHANGES! You’ll Now Pay More For Booze, Breakfast, Pretzels, and More…But Less For Milk?!

So a LOT of exciting things are happening today (check ’em all out in this post!) like the grand opening of Epcot Forever and the new Epcot Experience, the Donut Box and Cool Wash are opening at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, and Disney is debuting plant-based logos and new plant-based menu items.
Buuut…it looks like Disney has one MORE change in store for us today…and it’s NOT. AWESOME.
Price Changes Reflected On Disney World Menus Throughout the Resort
We’re currently seeing TONS of food price changes on the Walt Disney World website. These affect menus across the board — parks and resorts — and include alcohol, breakfast sammies, Mickey pretzels, and more. Some drinks, like the Strawberry Margarita from Mardi Grogs Pool Bar, have increased by $1.50 online. Many draft beers have gone up from 10.00 to $10.25.
Even Disney World Refillable Mugs have seen an online price increase, though this isn’t being reflected at the resorts as of this morning (we’re guessing it’s coming soon).

But are these prices reflected on the ground, yet? Well…yes and no. Checking menus in the resorts and parks early this morning, several of them hadn’t been changed yet. But as the morning continued, we started to see lots of menus updated…right in front of our eyes!

…and about an hour later, it was changed to this! Now, with the new menu you can see that white milk has actually DECREASED and now costs $3.59 while chocolate milk has seen a $0.40 increase and now costs $4.19.

(Also peep that 20 cent increase on the Southwest Bowl, which also got its new plant-based logo!)
Over at Hollywood Studios’ Anaheim Produce, they’re a bit conflicted! The hanging board reads that a Frozen Golden Margarita is $12.00 while the placard reads $13.00.

Price increases are also showing at Hollywood Scoops. A Hard Root Beer Float was previously $9.00.

And it is now $9.25 (sorry for the condensation on the glass ;-D).

We have also noticed that a price increase is coming for Churros and Mickey Pretzels at select locations. Churros were $6.25 and are now being sold for $6.50.

…and now they’re being spotted around Hollywood Studios for $7.25 (photo also from this morning, but the popcorn cart was open). Regular popcorn also got a $0.25 price increase.

Over at Sunshine Day Cafe, we saw a new menu being put up this morning that noted price increases to several mixed drinks. Here’s the old menu:

Price Increases Are Still Rolling Out Across Property
As of this morning, many of these price changes were on the online menus, but hadn’t yet rolled out around property. Likely because locations weren’t yet open, but we also noted price changes weren’t yet in effect at a couple of food courts.
As you can see here, this morning The ‘Big Easy Breakfast’ was $11.29 at Sassagoula Floatworks.

But online, it is listed for $11.59!
So while we are seeing price increases and changes online and in a few on-the-ground locations, it looks as if these increases haven’t completely rolled out, yet. Stay tuned for more updates as we find more details!
