Let’s check out our EVERYTHING ON THE MENU review (yep — we GOT IT ALL) of the eats at Enchanted Rose Lounge! Ready to dive in??

Atmosphere

The new lounge features four different rooms, each of which has been inspired by a different iconic Beauty and the Beast element.

Enchanted Rose

The Bar

The Bar area has a lot of ornate gold elements, like the stunning golden chandelier found in the center of the room. This chandelier was inspired by Belle’s dress and truly captures the movement and grace that both Belle and her gown have.

Enchanted Rose Bar Area

There are also more modern elements thanks to the style of the bar tops and the seating!

The Library

You can’t have a Beauty and the Beast-inspired bar and lounge without a library, right?

The Library

This library has a large amount of seating and gives guests a number of options on how they’d like to dine — whether that be on a couch or a table or in a tucked away enclave!

The Library

And if you look closely, you may even spot a few of Belle and Beast’s friends!!

The Garden Room

The Garden Room was inspired by the Enchanted Forest. When you walk into this room you will instantly notice the rich emerald green color and the beautiful Enchanted Forest artwork along the walls!

The Outdoor Patio

Looking for some fresh air, then head to the Outdoor Patio! This area was inspired by Beast’s Garden Terrace and feels very comfy and airy!

Eats and Drinks

OK, ready to try a little of EVERYTHING?!?

All da food

We decided to give everything…yes EVERYTHING ON THE MENU…a try! Here’s a look at our Enchanted spread! 🙂

Enchanted Rose Food

Before we dive into the yummy eats, let’s take a look at the menu!

Enchanted Rose Menu

The Enchanted Rose menu features Starters (served from 5 PM to 10 PM), Featured Cocktails, Grand Cocktails, Martinis, Beers, Hard Ciders, and Wine!

Enchanted Rose Menu

Here’s a peek at the dishware used inside Enchanted Rose! We felt like kings and queens as we dined with our stunning gold utensils. The handle of each piece was covered in an intricate design.

Silverware

The plates are white with a bit of detailing around the edges.

Dishes

And those marble tabletops — truly luxe. But enough about the table settings…time to nosh. Note that the food items here come out of the signature restaurant Citricos’ kitchen — and many items may be found on Citricos’ appetizer menu as well.

Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin ($18.00)

The Crab and Gnocchetti Gratin is a jumbo lump crab with Gnocchetti Sardi, Robiola Bosina Mornay, and citrus breadcrumbs.

Crab Gnocchetti Gratin

This dish has lots of crab with it, but the seafoody flavor wasn’t too overwhelming thanks to the breadcrumbs and noodles. We thought this dish was super yummy and we adored the little le creuset ramekin.

Ramekin

Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp ($19.00)

The Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp is served cold with lime gelée, Piquillo Pepper Purée, and Serrano Ham.

Espelette Pepper Spiced Shrimp

If you’re a lover of chilled shrimp, then this is a really good option. The serving size was a little small, but most of our group enjoyed all the flavors. There was one person at our table that wasn’t a fan of the chilled shrimp, however…so noted.

Spiced Pepper Shrimp

Truffle Fries ($14.00)

The Truffle Fries were made with shaved black truffles and 18-month aged parmesan. If ya love a good truffle fry, then these are the thing for you.

Truffle Fries

They were seriously sooo delicious and came out as one of our favorite things on the menu.

Truffle Fries

Served along with the truffle fries is a to-die-for garlic aioli! We LOVED this.

Garlic Aioli

So if you’re a huge fan, too, maybe ask for extra!

Mini Smoked Short-Rib Sliders ($16.00)

The Mini Smoked Short-Rib Sliders are topped with Glacier Blue Cheese and onion marmalade and are served on split-top buns.

Short Rib Sliders

These were very delicious and could easily be eaten as a meal — the serving is three large sliders.

Artisinal Cheese Selection ($19.00)

The Artisinal Cheese Selection comes with a variety of artisanal cheeses, pine nut bread, and raisins.

Artisanal Cheese Plate

This, like most of the other menu items we tried, was a pretty hefty serving of food. While Disney World cheese plates can sometimes be a little sparse, this one offered several cheese options and accompaniments.

Artisanal Cheese Plate

Bread served with Cheese Plate

We think this is a good and fresh option of you’re looking for more of a light bite, and we enjoyed the unique options like the pickled accompaniments in this little jar! Tasted like raisins and possibly apples to us!

Artisanal Cheese Plate

House-Made Flatbread ($18.00)

Another starter that could easily double as a meal is the House-Made Flatbread. Mizner’s Lounge has always had a flatbread option, but this one is a little different from what we’ve seen before. This is covered with charred broccolini, seasonal mushrooms, fennel sausage, ricotta salata, and tomato confit.

House-Made Flatbread

The flatbread had really fresh ingredients and we loved the blend of the flavors. It was both hearty and filling!

Hand-Made Flatbread

Octopus à la Plancha ($18.00)

The Octopus à la Plancha is served with black olives, blistered tomatoes, and fingerling potatoes.

Octopus a la Plancha

Out of all the incredible things we tried, this was NOT our favorite. It was very starchy and reminded us of a potato salad! The texture was a bit grainy and didn’t blow us away. Even the mega fish fans in our group agreed that you’d have to really love octopus for this to be one of your favorites!

Octopus a la Plancha

White Sturgeon Caviar ($95)

The White Sturgeon Caviar is served with Egg Timbale, Crème Fraîche, and chives.

Sturgeon Caviar

While it was a large portion of caviar, we thought the price was a bit outrageous!

White Sturgeon Caviar

But, if you’re a lover of caviar and you’re looking to splurge a bit before your dinner at Citricos, then this is a delicious option. It wasn’t overly fishy but didn’t really stand out against some of the other options. It was fun to have the Egg Timbale (which is kind of a custard) and Creme Fraiche along with it as well, to round out the dish.

White Sturgeon Caviar

Now, let’s get our drink on with some signature cocktails!

Enchanted Rose offers TWO tableside cocktails, the Love and the Envy.

Envy and Love Cocktails

When ordering one of these options, a Cast Member will roll up a bar cart to your table with all the drinks’ fixin’s.

Bar Cart

But the best part? As they make the drink for you, the relate it to the Beauty and the Beast story!!!

Drink Mixing Cart

The Cast Member who served us today was so sweet and made us feel like she had come straight out of a fairytale!

Enchanted Rose Cast Member

Tableside Cocktail – Love ($21.00)

The Love Cocktail is made with Grey Goose Vodka, Pavan Liqueur de France, Pear, Lemon, Twinings of London® Camomile Tea, and Agave. It’s served in a red glass and is topped with rose petals.

Tableside Love Cocktail

This is a smooth cocktail with a bit of sweetness! This was a very lovely cocktail with flowery and fruity tones.

Tableside Cocktail – Envy ($21.00)

On the flip side of this, the Envy Cocktail, which is a mixture of Busnel Calvados de Pays d’Auge, Green Chartreuse, Green Apple Purée, Angostura Bitters, served with an apple chip packs a bit more punch.

Envy Cocktail

As the Cast Member reminded us, a bit of envy was seen throughout the movie. If you remember, the Townsfolk and Gaston showed it towards Belle and Beast. And much like the feeling of envy, this drink starts smooth and ends with some bitterness!

Creating the Envy Cocktail

If you enjoy a cocktail made with bitters, then this just might be your cup of tea. It really reminded us of an Old Fashioned in terms of strength.

Enchanted Rose Envy Cocktail

These two drinks did take a bit of time to create, but the experience of watching them be made was well worth it!

Island Rose ($15.00)

The Island Rose is a blend of Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose, lime, orgeat (almond), pineapple, bitters, and rose water. While this was a yummy drink, the tropical flavors felt a bit out of place.

Island Rose Drink

Buuut with that being said, we loved the addition of the grapefruit and really enjoyed the flavors. Maybe just sip it on the patio, then you can kinda feel like you’re in a tropical paradise?

Island Rose

Lavender Fog ($18.00)

The Lavender Fog is made with Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin, Rothman Crème de Violette, English Breakfast Tea, vanilla, and cream.

Lavender Fog

This seems like a great drink to pair with a dessert! We could really taste the tea and the gin was very smooth. We loved the addition of the vanilla because it made this drink sorta sweet!

Lavender Fog

Seasonal Old Fashioned ($25.00)

The Seasonal Old Fashioned is made with Widow Jane 10yr Straight Bourbon Whiskey, house-made seasonal syrup, and bitters.

Old Fashioned

It was smooth and powerful, as you’d expect.

Rye Not? ($24.00)

The Rye Not is a combo of Whistle Pig 10yr Rye Whiskey, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, cinnamon, pineapple, and lemon.

Rye Not

The flavor of the pineapple comes through very strong on this one, but it’s not overwhelmingly sweet since it’s balanced out by the whiskey! This was a great option, but not our number one fave.

Rye Not

Floral Bitter Beauty ($16.00)

The Floral Bitter Beauty is a mix of Hendrick’s Gin, St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, lemon, and soda.

Floral Bitter Beauty

This is a GREAT cocktail for my gin lovers! It had a bit of bitterness, but it wasn’t too overwhelming, so we were totally on board with this guy.

Garden Daisy ($19.00)

The Garden Daisy is a refreshing blend of Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Midori, lime, and cucumber. Like many of the other drinks, this super pretty and Insta-worthy.

Garden Daisy

There is a slightly overwhelming taste of cucumber — which we enjoyed because we thought it made the drink very light and refreshing.

Sunny Margarita ($19.00)

The Sunny Margarita is made with Patrón Silver Tequila, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, juices of orange and lime, and agave.

Sunny Margarita

While this was super yummy, it wasn’t really anything out of the ordinary, so we recommend going for the Tableside Love Cocktail instead!

Sunny Margarita

The drinks are served on these adorable two-sided Enchanted Rose coasters!

Enchanted Rose Coaster

One side has the Enchanted Rose and the other has the letters ER!

Enchanted Rose

Overall

Overall we think that Enchanted Rose feels both elegant and grand! It’s light, bright, and the theme is a lot of fun without being too “cartoony.”  Many people who have not seen the live-action version of Beauty and the Beast may not even recognize that this was what Disney was going for.

Enchanted Rose

The service was incredible — even on this soft opening night — and all of the Cast Members brought you into the story, which was really fun!

Enchanted Rose Lounge Bar

This is a great place to hang out if you’re looking for a light bite or a fun drink while visiting The Grand Floridian Resort, but there are very few options for the little ones.  So, it might not be the perfect place for every family visiting! It really just depends on what you’re looking for!
