Earlier this summer, we discovered (and enjoyed!) the Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich from The Basket at Wine Bar George in Disney Springs.

We are bummed to say that, according to Wine Bar George’s official Twitter account, this yummy summertime treat won’t be available too much longer.

If you aren’t familiar with this dessert, it is made with the Wine Bar’s Dole Whip Frozcato blend of pineapple, Moscato, and vodka turned into a soft-serve treat tucked in between two sugar cookies and covered in pretty candy garnishes.
