The Polite Pig has just announced that they’ve added a NEW Beef Short Rib to their menu.
We love heading to The Polite Pig in Disney Springs for their yummy and sometimes surprisingly innovative menu items like their Mac and Cheese and Southern Pig.

And now, they’ve added the Beef Short Rib with peppercorn-honey glaze to the menu! The Polite Pig has offered a bunch of different types of ribs in the past and they’ve typically been pretty good. So, we’re really excited to try this new option out!
