Review: DELICIOUS Peanut Butter Chocolate Bullseye Cupcake in Disney World

We drove like the wind when we found out about the Bullseye Cupcake from The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs!

The Artist’s Palette

If you say peanut butter, chocolate, and cupcake in the same sentence, you can bet we’ll be there to check it out!

The Bullseye Cupcake is a chocolate cake with a peanut butter mousse filling, topped with chocolate peanut butter buttercream, candy crisps, and a white chocolate Bullseye topper. YUMMM.

Bullseye Cupcake

Honestly, we thought this cupcake was DELISH!! And one might even say that it could rival the FAMOUS Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake (also known as the Butterfinger Cupcake) that we love so much. You can read all about the Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake here!

We enjoyed this cupcake so much because the cake was the perfect texture. And the buttercream was something that every peanut butter lover NEEDS to try! It was such a nice blend of both chocolate and peanut butter, without being too sweet or overwhelming. And we could tell that it was made with real peanut butter instead of some sort of peanut butter flavoring, which we really appreciated!

The little crips gave the cupcake a nice crunch and a great bit of texture. The cupcake itself really matched our pal Bullseye perfectly. Doesn’t he look so darn cute sitting on top of all that delicious buttercream?

We also love that the cupcake was so fresh. It didn’t seem like a cupcake that had been made for the masses, with artificial ingredients and flavoring. Instead, it tasted homemade, fresh, and delicious.
