Full Photo Tour: NEW Legends of Hollywood and Pandora Store in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Legends of Hollywood in Disney’s Hollywood Studios reopened its doors today just in time for the grand opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge next week, and it looks GORGEOUS inside.

Legends of Hollywood Entrance

Since it closed its doors a few months ago, we’ve been itching to see what that old Planet Hollywood store would look like once it reopened, and now we know! This spot used to have a classic, dark “Old Hollywood” movie theatre theme. The new redesign includes TONS of very posh detailing as well as its very own Pandora Store!

Located just off Sunset Boulevard, this spot used to be a one-stop-shop for any particularly popular film merchandise in the park. Themed like an art deco movie lobby, it carried a ton of Frozen merchandise when that was all the rage, and more recently was loaded with ever-popular Star Wars merch.

Legends of Hollywood Windows with Classic Cartoon Posters

Now the exterior is loaded with cheery classic Disney cartoon posters lining the windows as well as nods to old Hollywood tucked in the windows as you enter.

Once inside, the dark, theatre-esque theming is long gone. In its place is a bright, open, high-end looking space. White with gold accents dominates. This does not feel like your average Disney gift shop! We really dig the new vibe. It’s super bright in a very “I just walked into a classy store” kind of way.

Inside Legends of Hollywood

Don’t expect to find much in the way of toys or plush in here — the merchandise has gone upscale as well. This is going to be your new favorite spot in the Studios for all the great new Disney dresses.

Coordinating accessories are paired nicely with each dress. Want a dole whip dress? The matching ears, purse, and more are right there to make a complete outfit in seconds!

The new line of Princess shirts (so cute!) is displayed along one of the walls.

And what would a Disney shop be without EARS! A wide variety of ear headbands are available throughout the shop.

The new and fabulous Betsey Johnson ears are prominently on display.

We found this super cool new Darth Vader purse hanging out in the shop as well! It can be yours for $70.

Dooney and Bourke purses take the spotlight on another wall as well. They have a variety of styles to choose from in tons of shapes and sizes.

Alex and Ani bands are available at stands in the middle of the shop.

We loved the upscale art deco style mixed with classic Disney touches, like this art behind a cash register.

Heading back through the store, you’ll enter the all-new Pandora Store! All of the charms and bracelets shine in this beautiful display.

We fell in love with this cute set of Haunted Mansion charms! Love you, Leota gurl!

We loved this jewelry display and the cool window design behind it. You almost forget you’re in the middle of a theme park!

We were impressed with the redesign of this store. It’s open and inviting, and, for us, a big improvement on the previous darker design. Disney clearly knows that dresses, ears, purses, and accessories are their newest cash cow, so it makes sense that they’d ensure guests would have a front-of-the-park spot to empty their wallets on those goodies. But overall the look and feel is pleasant and upscale, and we’re quite sure this shop is likely to be more frequented than the last.

What do you think? Do you love the new, upscale design as much as we do? Let us know in the comments!
