Things are about to get a little SPICIER than usual at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn today because we’re reviewing a dome cake… with a twist!

Today, we spotted a new Mickey Mini Dome Cake that brought us back to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse days thanks to its classic chocolate logo.

The Mickey Mini Dome Cake is a flourless cake (double check if you’re going gluten free!) with spicy chocolate mousse and a crème brûlée center. It’s covered in chocolate ganache, a white chocolate classic Mickey logo and is topped with milk chocolate Mickey ears.

The cake was delicious and definitely one for chocolate fans. We (thankfully) weren’t overwhelmed by the spicy chocolate mousse, so don’t let the word “spicy” scare you away from trying this one unless you’re super heat averse.
