Oogie Boogie Bash Preview

And now, we’re going to dive into a few of the spooktacular treats you’ll find around the Disneyland Resort this Halloween season!

A few treats will be returning to the Disney scene, while others are BRAND NEW!

First, the Sweet Potato Hand Pie is returning to Jolly Holiday. It has a buttery crust, sweet potato filling, vanilla glaze, and roasted marshmallows. And you can read our full review of it here!

Another item returning for another Halloween season is the Graveyard Cupcake. It, which can also be found at Jolly Holiday, is a chocolate cake with cherry filling, dark chocolate mousse, cookie crumbs, Halloween sprinkles, and a tombstone chocolate piece. You can read our full review of the Graveyard Cupcake here!

The NEW Oogie Churro is rolled in crumbled chocolate crème cookies with green icing, gummy worms, and candies. These can be found at Cozy Cone Motel!

They kind of remind us of the Avengers Churros (like the Time Stone Churro) that have been popping up at Disney California Adventure recently.

Specialty apples like the Evil Queen and the Poison Apple will be available throughout the Halloween season too!

Halloween Candy Apples

The Maleficent Apple will also be making its villainous return! You can read our full review here!

When trick-or-treating your way around the Disneyland Resort, be on the lookout for this fun Cauldron Cake Pop!

The ever so eerie Oogie Boogie Krispie is making its way BACK to Disneyland. We found this Krispie at Jolly Holiday last year. You can read our full review here!

The NEW Oogie Boogie Funnel Cake Fries are dusted in crushed chocolate cream cookies. They’re topped with cream cheese sauce, chocolate cream cookie pieces, gummy worms, chocolate-coated candies, and whipped cream. We actually had the opportunity to give these guys a taste. And honestly, they reminded us of the Sorcerer Mickey Funnel Cake Fries!

Like the Sorcerer Mickey fries, you’ll be able to snag these at Award Wieners.

The Maleficent Churro is also returning this year! Each churro covered in a blend of chocolate cookie crumbles and colored sugar. These will be available at the churro carts in Town Square and near Sleeping Beauty Castle.

The NEW Hades Hot Dog will be available at Refreshment Corner. It’s a foot-long all-beef hot dog with Harissa Aioli, lemon pickled cucumbers, oven-dried tomatoes, sautéed peppers, and feta cheese!

Test your luck in the Hollywood Lounge with the Oogie Boogie-inspired drink complete with dice glow cubes. And you’ll also be able to sip on the Minnie Mouse Witch Shake. This is a mint chip shake with whipped cream and chocolate cream-filled cookie ears! It will be available at Schmoozies.

Next up is the Caramel Apple Smoothie, which is made with ice cream and caramel sauce. It’s topped with a caramel apple lollipop and will also be available at Schmoozies! We saw a rendition of this shake last year. You can check out what we thought here!
