Duuuun dun duuuun dun… As soon as I hear those first few iconic notes of the Jaws theme song, I can’t help but feel a little uneasy. Since Bruce said in Finding Nemo that “fish are friends, not food,” we can only hope that people are the same… right? (Cue nervous laughter)

As the Jaws theme song crescendos, one specific aquatic animal has began circling Disney World as this new cupcake makes its way into Pop Century Resort. Catch my drift?
You guessed it! The Shark Cupcake has made a big splash, swimming into the Pop Century Resort’s Everything Pop. This is brand new TODAY, floating in after we gave you a look into the latest food, merchandise, and construction updates at the resort last week.
The Shark Cupcake at Pop Century Resort
The soft yellow cake is filled with a super yummy pineapple filling, topped with a light blue buttercream that tastes coconut flavored.
A sugar candy shark and a cherry sit on top, finished with silver sprinkles and crunchies surrounding the rim. It tastes just like a trip to the beach! Thanks to Krystle O. for sharing these photos and this information with us!
