What’s New in Disney Springs: New Eats, New Merchandise, and New Toy Story 4 Fun!
We’re excited to bring you the latest of What’s New in Disney Springs!
We’ll cover food specials, construction updates, new merch and MORE. Let’s dive right in!
What’s New in Menu Updates and Eats
In case you missed it, from now until September 2, 2019, guests can visit over 20 locations throughout Disney Springs to enjoy fun, Florida-themed dishes along with refreshing cocktails. Many of this week’s new food items are special Flavors of Florida items. Read all about the Flavors of Florida event here!
Kicking things off at Amorette’s Patisserie, we spotted a Father’s Day Macaron ($5.00) AND the new Blood Orange Mousse ($8.00).
The Father’s Day Macarons were likely only a limited-time offering, but the Blood Orange Mousse is here for the summer as part of the Flavors of Florida dining event!
The mousse is remarkably light and airy, and bursts with citrus flavor. And the grapefruit gelée center, which we thought might be too intense, was actually quite enjoyable.

Our next stop is The Ganachery, where we found treats inspired by Toy Story 4 and the new Imagination Pink line!
I’m pretty sure this is one of the cutest treats I’ve ever seen!

Making our way to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, we tackled the TEMPLE OF BACON ($13)! Thick-cut Applewood Smoked Bacon is doused in Ganachery Milk Chocolate, AND drizzled with Chipotle Ganache to create this insanely awesome treat.

Over at Joffrey’s store in Disney Springs, we spotted the wonderfully colorful donuts for Pride month and a sign for character “donut art”!
Yep, you read that right. For 50 cents, you can add a Disney character to your Boston Cream donut. How awesome is that?
Continuing to conquer Disney Springs food, we popped by Morimoto Asia, where they’re offering a GATOR Tail Waffle Cone as part of the Flavors of Florida event.
It IS real gator, but it tastes quite a bit like orange chicken! If you want to try it for yourself, you DON’T need a reservation to order it. You can get it at the bar if you don’t want to make a reservation.

The Polite Pig has also gotten in on the Flavors of Florida action and introduced a Smoked Prime Rib Slider ($7) and Florida Mango Frosé ($11).
The slider is served with a citrus aïoli and a green papaya horseradish slaw and we absolutely LOVED it. We enjoyed the new beverage as well. It’s a fresh mango purée with sparkling rosé and citrus, topped with an orange slice and a cherry.

Wrapping up our Disney Springs food tour, we spotted Sprinkles’ Old-Fashioned Cupcake for Father’s Day. This one only returned for Father’s Day weekend, so it may be gone by the time your there. We couldn’t resist including it though!
What’s New in Disney Springs Merchandise
Now that we’ve told you about all the newest menu items at Disney Springs, let’s move on to the merchandise! And goodness, there’s a LOT of it to tell you about.
At Disney Style, we found the new Disney Parks Loungefly Mini collection! It features some of our favorite Disney Parks icons, from Space Mountain to the Country Bears!
The wristlet is $50 and the backpack is $75, and they are just SO CUTE I CAN’T STAND IT.

At Ever After, we spotted the COMPLETELY ADORABLE Dooney & Bourke Disney Cats Collection. The bags are adorned with our feline friends from Disney films, including Simba, the Cheshire Cat, and Marie.
The crossbody, tote, and satchel cost $178, $268 and $298, respectively.

Our next stop is Havaianas, where we found new Toy Story 4 and Lion King flip-flops for kids ($20).
How cute is this pair of Bo Peep flip-flops??
The Toy Story 4 and Lion King flip-flops are only for kids, but Mickey’s 90th Birthday and Disney Princess flip-flops are still available for adults for $30.
Moving on to Pin Traders, they released a new limited edition pin ($17.99) inspired by Chip from Beauty and the Beast. It looks a bit like a video game, and when you turn the pin he jumps over plates! It’s super cool.
Pin Traders has also introduced a new Sorcerer Mickey MagicBand! This was our first time seeing this one and we love it! You can grab it for $24.99.
Uniqlo has some totally adorable Pixar shirts! They feature some of our favorite characters, including the Little Green Men, Jessie, and of course, Forky!
The shirts are $9.90 for kids and $14.90 for adults.
Uniqlo also has an awesome special going on! If you buy 3 Pixar shirts, you get a token to redeem for a Capchara Koro-Koro toy! How great is that?
World of Disney is our last merchandise stop, and it does NOT disappoint. If you haven’t heard, the new Imagination Pink and Magic Mirror Metallic color collections are officially available!
We can’t decide which color we love more, but we adore them both!
World of Disney also had a Best Dad Ever display complete with coffee mugs, ties, and keychains for Father’s Day.
We aren’t sure if these items are still available after Father’s Day, but they might still have some left.
We also noticed a pastel purple Minnie Messaging throw ($49.99) and pillow ($34.99). We hadn’t seen these before and thought they were super cute!
Finally, we couldn’t help but notice World of Disney’s Toy Story 4 display. It’s in perfect timing for the new film, which is due out June 21!
We weren’t joking when we said we had a lot of merchandise to report!
What’s New Around Disney Springs
Outside the AMC Theatre, we spotted a Toy Story 4 photo backdrop. If you’re seeing the new film in Disney Springs, be sure to snap a quick photo here!
Construction is still underway for the NBA Experience, which is set to open on August 12 of this year. We also saw some signage for City Works Pour House & Eatery, which will also open later this year.
The Toy Story Drop Pop-Up is now open through August 9 near Paddlefish. If you download the new game, you’ll get a free pop socket AND you can get your picture taken with the Claw!
Finally, we couldn’t resist taking a photo of a friendly Cast Member making trashcan bubbles! This was outside Pin Traders and kids were loving it!
Thanks for joining us on our walk around Disney Springs! Stay tuned for even more news about the Disney parks and beyond!
