See What They’re Serving NOW at Laguna Tequila Bar in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort!

This is an exciting time for Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort! First of all, check out the new sign that welcomes guests to the Resort…

Things are changing in big ways here because the new Gran Destino Tower will open on July 9th, bringing more than 500 guests rooms, rooftop dining at Toledo — Tapas, Steak, & Seafood, and two new lounges along with it.

And, just recently, Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago opened to guests presenting a new over-the-water lounge.

But even though the spotlight is on all of the new offerings at Coronado Springs Resort, that doesn’t mean there aren’t new things happening at some of the Resort’s classic dining options. Just last year, Rix Lounge was transformed into Rix Sports Bar & Grill.

And our visit today puts the focus on the Laguna Bar, the Resort’s casual outdoor bar with lovely waterfront views that is changing things up in unexpected ways, too!

Laguna Bar

Just recently, Laguna began posting under a new account on Instagram,@lagunatequilabar, to highlight their new menu with a focus on tequila and specialty margaritas!

And the emphasis is on specialty. Now, you can still enjoy some of the hits like a Lime Frozen Margarita or the flavorful layered Fiesta Margarita.

But the Margaritas on the Rocks include unique options such as the Fuego Verde Margarita featuring Gracias a Dios Mezcal, Jalapeño, Cucumber, Fresh Lime Juice, Agave Nectar and a Black Ant Salt rim, which you’ll also find at Choza de Margarita in Epcot!

Tropical Spice, Fresh & Green, and more are also joined by a Top Shelf Margarita: Casa Dragones Blanco Tequila, Torres Magdala orange liquor, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, and a “hint of Rose wine” are finished with a black ant salt rim.

This is awesome news for all guests at Coronado Springs Resort, but it’s especially a boon for convention guests who may not get the chance to visit Epcot for more unique offerings such as this.

There is also a Tequila menu with offerings for Tequila Blanco, Reposado, and Anejo, along with Specialty Tequilas.

A Traditional Tequila Flight is also on offer!

So it’s great to share that, as much as we enjoyed our first visit to Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Villa del Lago at the Resort recently, it’s still awesome to stop by spots we’ve loved for years that continue to remind us exactly why they remain well worth a visit.
