Grand Floridian Cafe Claps Back at the Chicken and Waffles Hack — By Adding it to the Menu!
Grand Floridian Cafe at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has become one of our favorite spots to dine for breakfast and brunch (click here to see why!). And one of our favorite entrees is a hack that marries two classic dishes: fried chicken and waffles (Mickey-style, if you so desire).

We’ve been hacking this dish for a while now (with thanks to Michael over at @DisneyNumNums for the idea), and the combination of buttermilk fried chicken (made with Corn Flake crumbs!) and a toasty Belgian or Mickey waffle is awesome. The sriracha honey drizzle that comes alongside: also terrific.

And evidently Grand Floridian Cafe has heard the siren call of the hack… and clapped back by making it part of the menu all the time! They’ve leveled-up that waffle, though, by making it a cherrywood-smoked bacon malted waffle, but they’ve also kept that yummy sriracha-honey!
