2019 Candlelight Processional Celebrity Narrators for Select Dates and Dining Package Booking Information Announced
Disney has revealed the initial list of celebrity narrators for the beloved Candlelight Processional — a hallmark of the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, which will take place from November 29 -December 30, 2019!
Candlelight Processional
As a reminder, the Candlelight Processional features the Christmas story as told by a celebrity narrator while a 50-piece orchestra and choir (composed of a Disney cast member choir along with an ever-changing group of guest choirs from around the country) accompany the re-telling.
The Candlelight Processional will take place each evening throughout the Festival’s run. Though there are many dates that are still to-be-determined, the celebrity narrators for select dates have been announced as follows:
- Whoopi Goldberg – 12/6-12/7
- Pat Sajak – 12/16-12/18
- Steven Curtis Chapman – 12/22-12/24
- Edward James Olmos – 12/25-12/26
The Candlelight Processional is presented three times per night (5:00, 6:45 and 8:15 p.m.). Because seating for the Candlelight Processional is first-come, first-served, many guests choose to guarantee their seat by purchasing a Candlelight Processional Dining Package.
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
This package provides guests with a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal at a participating Epcot restaurant (or Epcot Resort area restaurant) and guaranteed seating to the Candlelight Processional.
