We’re Drinking Blue AND Green Milk At the Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!
It’s difficult to choose one eatery to be most excited about in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. While grabbing a drink in a true Star Wars cantina tops a lot of lists (and can now be crossed off, thanks to the opening of Oga’s Cantina), many guests have been fascinated with Blue Milk ever since they first saw Luke Skywalker help himself to a glass in Star Wars: Episode IV — A New Hope.
Disneyland Gets Its Very Own Blue Milk Stand!
So when it was revealed that planet Batuu would have its very own Milk Stand for guests to grab a glass of Blue Milk of their very own (or Green Milk, also made famous by Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode VIII — The Last Jedi)… well, practically the whole galaxy rejoiced!
Atmosphere
You could call the Milk Stand a simple stand in that it only serves up a couple of options. Except — like everything else in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge — it’s anything but simple due to the sheer amount of immersive detail visitors can enjoy even at this “simple stand” on Batuu.
In Front of the Milk Stand
You’ll find the Milk Stand in a sector of Black Spire Outpost controlled by the First Order directly across from First Order Cargo and the docked TIE Echelon.

Hanging from the roof are spherical glass containers holding Blue & Green Milk. Various weathered milk jugs stand in front of the market as well. Behind the counter, citizens of Batuu will grab your frosty concoction from behind a series of sliding doors that open and close as needed.

Blue Milk
Now, Blue Milk is not exactly the quick-pouring liquid you see Luke pour in Aunt Beru’s kitchen in A New Hope. Batuu’s Blue Milk is, rather, a frozen beverage. It’s non-dairy and plant-based, made with coconut and rice milks. Blue Milk is flavored with dragon fruit, pineapple, lime, and watermelon although we didn’t find the flavor to be very strong. (The hue, however, is spot on.)

Note that you CAN also grab some Blue Bantha Milk with a cookie at Oga’s Cantina, but that’s its own beverage altogether.
Green Milk
Like Blue Milk, Green Milk is also served frozen, so again it varies a bit from how Luke Skywalker… umm, “enjoyed” it on Ahch-To by way of a Thala-Siren. It’s likewise made with coconut and rice milks.
Green Milk
From a flavor perspective, there is an emphasis on citrus with flavor notes of mandarin orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, and orange blossom. But, again the flavor was not too strong… the color, on the other hand, is a VERY vibrant neon green. There will be no doubt on your social media that you are indeed drinking Green Milk.
And drinking Blue or Green Milk WHILE ON BATUU is going to be one of the most Instagram-worthy pics I can imagine, and you can’t put a price on that.
Except you can totally put price on that: both Blue and Green Milk are $7.99, and you’ll find them, of course, at the Milk Stand!
