Disney’s Hollywood Studios 30th Anniversary Celebration is bubbling over with delicious treats including the Mickey and Minnie Celebration Cupcakes and the Kylo Ren Cupcake.

But what has surprised us in the best of ways are the 30th Anniversary Verrines, like the Tres Leches Verrine and the Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Verrine. Now, Verrines are not new to Hollywood Studios and have been steadily available at counter service spots like Fairfax Fare and Backlot Express over the past several months.
But since they’ve received a teeny makeover for the Anniversary Celebration with the addition of the 30th Anniversary White Chocolate logo pieces… well, then, what better reason to try them again?

Served trifle-style, the Raspberry Mousse Verrine is literally just a simple Raspberry Mousse mixed with bite-sized pieces of Cake. Yet, even though it’s simple, it’s really quite flavorful and there is a great balance with the amount of cake inside!
