Price Revealed for Savi’s Workshop — Handbuilt Lightsabers! How Much Will You Spend for a Custom Lightsaber?
As we inch closer to the grand opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park in just TEN DAYS, Disney is releasing information to help us know what to expect when we visit Batuu for the first time. And today, Disney Parks Blog announced the pricing for the high-end, customizable lightsabers guests can purchase at Savi’s Workshop — Handbuilt Lightsabers!

Your custom lightsaber won’t come cheap; they’ll cost $199.99 per lightsaber (plus tax!). A carry case is included, and Disney notes that “additional customization items can be purchased at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities.” The lightsabers are recommended for ages 5 and up, and the “experience area” is restricted to one builder and one guest. (Note that at least one person in the duo must be 14 or older.)

Disney further notes that custom lightsabers will be nonrefundable, and AP and other discounts do not apply. And finally, “if reservations are required, late arrivals may not be accommodated” — so be mindful of the shop’s policies on reservations (should such policies be implemented), and seize the force to get there on time!
