Atmosphere

As you follow your nose, you’ll find it leads you through the marketplace towards Ronto Roasters. Then it’s time to take in some truly interesting sights!

Ronto Roasters

You’ll find your eyes are greeted by a podracer engine directly in the center hanging above a grilling pit filled with meats. The next treats are for your ears: be sure to listen as you may hear a bit of crackling and revving while everything is being cooked up!

The entire contraption is run by a pitmaster droid, turning the mechanical spit. What’s he grilling? Why, it’s a side of Ronto — a beast native to Luke Skywalker’s home planet of Tatooine.

Eats

The Ronto Wrap is the specialty of the house! But there’s more to the menu here…

…so let’s check it out.

Breakfast

Breakfast options include the Ronto Morning Wrap ($12.49) which is filled with scrambled eggs, grilled pork sausage, shredded cheddar, and peppercorn sauce, all wrapped in pita and the Rising Moons Overnight Oats ($6.99). This is a mixture of oats, dragon fruit, yogurt, and seasonal fruits topped with a piece of starfruit. The presentation is gorgeous.

Lunch and Dinner

The Nuna Turkey Jerkey ($7.49, and also available for breakfast) comes in both sweet and spicy choices. We decided to try the sweet option, though we think that calling it “sweet” really just meant that it wasn’t spicy.

Turkey Jerky

Overall this jerky was very salty and savory. The consistency was thin and crunchy, unlike the chewy jerky we were expecting. I’m not the biggest jerky fan, so this wasn’t my favorite thing on the menu. But, it is a great keto dining option.

How about a Ronto Wrap ($12.99)? This surprisingly is one of the better food items in ALL of Galaxy’s Edge. The wrap is filled with roasted pork, grilled pork sausage, peppercorn sauce, and a tangy slaw. Like the breakfast wrap, it’s all wrapped up in a pita.

Ronto Wrap

The pork sausage was SUPER flavorful and delicious, but it was quite skinny and way too small for the piece of bread. Therefore, we ended up having a TON of bread in the bite and not enough meat. The grilled pork slices helped a bit, but again, there simply wasn’t enough. The coleslaw and peppercorn sauce complimented the wrap well. And when it came to the pita, it seemed much closer to naan bread, actually. Overall, we enjoyed the dish and its components very much; we’re just bummed that the proportions were so off and hope for better in the future.

Specialty Drinks

The are three Specialty Beverages of the house.

Specialty Beverages

They are Meiloorun Juice (Barrilitos® Aguas Frescas Pineapple, Simply Lemonade® with blueberry, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, and desert pear), the Sour Sarlac (Minute Maid® Limeade drink with raspberry and spicy mango flavors), and the Tatooine Sunset (Gold Peak® Unsweetened Tea and Odwalla® Lemonade with melon and blueberry flavors).

The location also serves fountain beverages and you have GOT to check out the soda fountains with drink names in Aurebesh like the exclusive to Galaxy’s Edge Coca-Cola bottles!
