Disneyland Parking Information for Opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

May 31, 2019 is the opening day for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland. And because the land’s opening is so highly anticipated, the typical logistics of visiting Disneyland park are being adjusted accordingly.

Before we begin: a reminder that from May 31 – June 23, 2019, only guests who have booked a required, no cost reservation (either from general public booking, which is completely full, or by booking a room at one of the three Disneyland hotels) may enter Galaxy’s Edge. A reservation will no longer be required starting June 24, 2019.

Because opening weeks are limited to only guests with reservations, there is no need to line up early (no standby access will be available during the reservation period). However, guests will still want to be aware of parking logistics for the land’s opening weeks. And Disney has announced that parking will open at Midnight on May 31st for the land’s opening day.

Starting June 1st, parking lots will open no later than 5:30 AM. Mickey & Friends and Toy Story will be the two primary guest parking lots, and guests can follow @Disneyland Today on Twitter for live parking updates.
