What We’re Going to Eat (and Drink!) FIRST in Disney’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opens in Disneyland on May 31 and in Walt Disney World on August 29. In addition to Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, lots of new merchandise locations, and plenty of intergalactic immersion, we’re really looking forward to the food (and drinks!). Black Spire Outpost will play host to three new eateries and two new watering holes — you know we’re gonna try ’em all!
Here’s what we’re going to eat (and drink!) FIRST in Galaxy’s Edge!
Milk Stand
When Galaxy’s Edge opens, we’re going to need a quick burst of energy to fuel the fun. Enter: Milk Stand. This stand will serve up — you guessed it! — milk (well…kinda)! But since this is the planet Batuu, it’s Blue Milk! And since this is actually Florida, this non-dairy drink will be soft-frozen like a milkshake to keep us cool in the Outpost!
Milk Stand will also serve Green Milk, which Disney says has a refreshing citrus component. We’ll have one of those, too.
Ronto Roasters
Ronto Roasters is described as emitting the “intoxicating scent of grilled meat’, so it sounds like that perfect place to grab a mid-morning snack. The Ronto Wrap is the signature here and will be filled with roasted pork and grilled sausage. We will definitely be queuing up for one of these!
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo
For a plated meal served up by Proprietor Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs, we’ll head to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. This restaurant is billed as a fast-casual eatery, and the menu has a variety of dishes for carnivores, herbivores, and everyone in between. We’ll dig into the Smoked Kaadu Ribs for sure!
For lighter fare, we’ll try the Ithorian Garden Loaf.
Of course, why go all the way to Batuu and not get dessert, right? We’ll try one of each, please: Raspberry Creme Puff and Chocolate Cake.

Oga’s Cantina
As the day wears on in Black Spire Outpost, we’re going to need some refreshment. Oga’s Cantina will serve up intriguing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a space that looks pretty amazing.
The drinks? Let’s just say they suit their surroundings! Moogan Tea, Blue Bantha, Bloody Rancor, and Black Spire Brew all capture our attention, so maybe we’ll get one… or four.
Kat Saka’s Kettle
The signature snack at Kat Saka’s Kettle is Outpost Mix, a savory and sweet combo that includes Kat’s famous flavored popcorn! We’ll grab a selection of popcorn before heading out for the night, because #openingday.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge offers a slew of new tastes in addition to all the sights, sounds, and experiences. We can’t wait to dive into this new land and see how Disney makes magic in Batuu!
