See the Menu for Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood Rooftop Dining Coming to Coronado Springs Resort
The Gran Destino Tower currently being constructed at Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort will bring 545 guest rooms (including 50 suites) and a new main entrance to the Resort when it opens on July 9, 2019. It will also bring rooftop dining (along with fireworks views) with the new Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood restaurant!

Advance Dining Reservations opened in January for this upcoming dinner spot, and we even got a sneak peek at several of the dishes when reservations were released. But now we have a look at the full menu with prices!

With “Tapas” in the name, you can certainly expect plenty of small plates on the menu with charcutería and cheeses.

Here’s a look at the Entrees which include sustainable seafood dishes like Golden Tilefish and Scallops as well as Hangar Steak at a Rib-Eye for Two.

Sides will be chosen a la carte.

Desserts will include a plant-based option with the Chocolate-Avocado Mousse.

While we do not have a wine or cocktail list just yet, Disney has shared that the offerings will feature Spanish and California wines with over 75 selections hand-selected by the Master Sommelier.

Handcrafted cocktails like the “Gin Tonic” with house-made saffron tonic and sangria will be served along with beers and ciders from Spanish and American Craft Breweries
