HOORAY!! Its official! ThinkFoodGroup has announced the opening date for Jaleo by Chef José Andrés in Disney Springs.

Jaleo will begin serving dinner on March 17th. (Lunch service will begin later in the month.) To make a reservation at Jaleo, you may call (321) 348-3211. OpenTable reservations will be accepted for Jaleo on opening day.

Pepe — the counter service component of Jaleo — will be open for lunch and dinner on March 17th as well, with no reservations needed.
