Saint Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and we are starting to see appropriately themed desserts pop up around Walt Disney World — like this ADORABLE cheesecake!
Luck O’ the Irish Caramel Baileys Cheesecake
We found this cutie in the dessert case at the Intermission Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort. It’s $5.29 or one Disney Dining Plan Snack Credit.

It’s a mini cheesecake, topped with a caramel and baileys whipped frosting, and drizzled with chocolate. Atop the cake is a sugar rainbow, and a chocolate pot of gold! Be forewarned the “gold” is actually lemon flavored which took me by surprise.

This was actually quite tasty. The mini cheesecake was perfect — a nice light bite with that crumbly graham cracker crust. And the toppings were sweet but not too over the top.
The caramel flavor definitely shines through more than the Baileys, but it’s still something I would order again! The only thing I didn’t like was the lemon “gold.” While it was probably chosen for it’s color, lemon just didn’t fit with the rest of the dessert. That said, it was awfully cute, and Disney certainly struck gold with this cheesecake!
