Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort to Discontinue Lunch Service
Sebastian’s Bistro opened in Disney World’s Caribbean Beach Resort in October 2018. It’s opening brought Table Service back to the Moderate Resort after Shutters was closed to accommodate a resort-wide refurbishment.

From its opening, the spot served both lunch and dinner. However, Sebastian’s Bistro will discontinue lunch service later this month, and will serve dinner only starting January 27th.

Please note that the Disney World website does still display lunch hours for the Bistro on January 27th and onward (at the time of publishing). However, when you attempt to make an Advance Dining Reservation, you will find “No tables available” during lunch hours.
