Cotton Candy-Infused Cupcake Debuts at Port Orleans Resort — Riverside

We told you about the new Mardi Gras Cupcake at Port Orleans — French Quarter this morning. As it turns out, just down the Sassagoula River you’ll also find a new cupcake at Port Orleans — Riverside, too.

And this one utilizes a very special ingredient: Cotton Candy!

The Cotton Candy Cupcake just made its debut at the Riverside Mill Food Court, and thanks to @madlynm on Instagram we can share these photos and the scoop!

Vanilla cake — topped with brightly colored vanilla icing — is infused with cotton candy-infused icing! And @madlynm shares that you can totally see and TASTE the cotton candy in the filling!
