The Grand Floridian Gingerbread House has been a tradition for 20 years at Disney World’s flagship Resort!

The 14 feet tall house is made with 1,050 lbs of honey, 800 lbs of flour, 600 lbs of chocolate, 600 lbs of powdered sugar, 140 pints of egg whites, 35 lbs of spices, and, according to Disney, “tons of Disney Magic and Pixie Dust.”
It just so happens that the requisite “tons of Disney Magic and Pixie Dust” come by way of a full team of pastry chefs! And Disney Parks Blog has provided a time-lapse video showing the building of the Gingerbread House in the lobby as a fun holiday treat. Enjoy!
