Casey’s Corner has been on a roll impressing us with their Hot Diggity Dogs (and Fries!) of the Month. And the brand new dog of the month for November is…the Poutine Dog! So of course the Hot Diggity Fries of the Month are poutine fries, too! You know we love our poutine, so of course we’re going to go all in on this!

This dog is loaded up with fries, gravy, cheese curds, and green onions. Everything you’d want in a good poutine, but is it what you’d want in a good hot dog? We gave it a try to find out.

We’ve got it all here! Just like we said, gravy, fries, cheese curds…all on top of a hot dog!
Initially, we thought this might be an odd combination (it even looks a bit odd) — but it really works! Fries go with hot dogs, right? And we were pleasantly surprised at how well the gravy and cheese curds complemented not only the fries but also the hot dog.

The only thing we found a little off-putting was the smell of the green onions, it’s really strong — but that didn’t stop us from enjoying this!
