Disney World HalloWishes Dessert Party Photo Tour!
Halloween is in full swing at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, and during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, guests get to enjoy a special fireworks and projection show: HalloWishes! And for guests who want to plus-up their HalloWishes experience, there’s the HalloWishes Dessert Party!
Now you know I like a dessert party, having enjoyed the Happily Ever After Dessert Party — once for the before fireworks experience and once for the after party. And we’ve been getting a LOT of reader questions about the HalloWishes edition of the Magic Kingdom dessert party.
So while I didn’t attend the HalloWishes Dessert Party this year, I had to grab some pics for you! Luckily the cast members were kind enough to let me take a few shots!
Here is a photo tour of the HalloWishes Dessert Party treats!
Most of them will look familiar because they’re smaller versions of the tasty treats we tried during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party back on its first night! First up: Worms ‘n Dirt! (This is basically chocolate pudding, chocolate cake crumbles, gummy worms, and a Master Gracey white chocolate tombstone!)
These are a familiar contribution to a Disney dessert party: Chocolate-Covered Strawberries! But in this case, they’re spookified with Halloween sprinkles.
You already know how I feel about this Poison Apple Cupcake. If not, peep the DFB Instagram!
Totally cute Oogie Boogie Meringues!
Madame Leota is back as a tart here as well (minus the cool crystal globe that you get when you purchase the full size edition at Liberty Square Market).
Jack Skellington‘s push-pop has been transformed into a cup. He’s just as skellington-y.
And some classic chocolate bark that’s ready for it’s Halloween close up!
And finally: Doom Buggy Puffs.
The HalloWishes Fireworks Dessert Party takes place at Tomorrowland Terrace, just as the Happily Ever After parties do. The cost is $84 for guests 10 and up and $50 for guests 3-9 years old. So it’s not cheap — particularly since you’ve already paid for the party. But if you plan on trying all the Party treats anyway and want to be sure you’ve go a decent view of HalloWishes, it might just work out for you!
