Snacks Get SPOOKY for Halloween in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom — Including Mickey’s Halloween Party Exclusives!

Hello… and BOO!! Or perhaps I should I say Trick or Treat?! Because we’re about to take a look at some seriously spooky snacks coming to Walt Disney World for Halloween!

Halloween Decorations in Magic Kingdom

Like last year, some of these treats will be available all day for Magic Kingdom guests, while some will be exclusive to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party… at first! Stay tuned throughout the post, because though some snacks will make their debut at the Party, a few will be available to all Magic Kingdom visitors later in the season!

And if this all seems a little too soon… it’s not. Because Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicks off on August 17th… tomorrow night!!

All Day Treats

Even if you aren’t attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, all guests in Magic Kingdom are able to enjoy the park’s festive decorations, and several snacks, to boot! You’ll see some familiar treats among the offerings.

Halloween-inspired cinnamon roll!

Stop by the Main Street Bakery where the Mickey Cinnamon Roll will receive its annual orange-icing makeover again this year, complete with a chocolate spider!

Find the Not-So-Poison Apple Cupcake daily at Main Street Bakery, too!

This spiced apple cupcake is topped with pecan crunch and buttercream. And just LOOK at the SIZE of that thing!

The Minnie Witch Brownie will be casting a spell at Casey’s Corner each day.

The Candy Corn Milkshake will be topped with cotton candy and a HUGE Mickey Marshmallow. Look for it at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies.

This new treat will be joined by an old favorite at Auntie’s: Candy Corn Ice Cream will be available in a cone or as a sundae once more.

Remember, this is in addition to the classic confections such as the Poison Caramel Apple, the Jack-o-Lantern Mickey, and Minnie’s Witch Hat Apples in spots like the Main Street Confectionery and Big Top Treats.

Marshmallow Wands, Cake Pops, Krispy Treats, and more have also been decked out accordingly.

The Citizens of Main Street USA are ready for Halloween

And here’s a look at the 2018 Happy Halloween Popcorn Bucket that we talked about last week!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Exclusives

As in previous years, there are certain snacks that will be available for purchase only for guests at the extra-ticketed Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. But the snacks that were available for 2017 changed the game a bit in terms of both theme and flavors. (Remember the Haunted Mansion Portrait Desserts?) While the snacks have changed, we’re pumped that the trend continues this year!

Also  like last year, a few of the 999 Happy Haunts from the Haunted Mansion are honored with specialty treats! So, “serpents and spiders, tail of a rat… call in the spirits, wherever they’re at!”

The Madame Leota Tart is filled with toasted marshmallow pastry creme and topped with shimmering candy pearls. Madame Leota herself appears from regions beyond by way of a chocolate piece and a hard candy garnish.

Find her at Liberty Square Market during the Party.

And next? “Beware of Hitchhiking Ghosts!” You’ll find them peeking out of a Black Cream Puff Doombuggy filled with cookies and cream mousse! They’re tucked safe inside with a candy safety bar (lowered by their Ghost Host, of course).

Encounter them at Aloha Isle during the Party.

Gaston, of course, insists on outdoing everybody at Gaston’s Tavern. How? With a GLOW IN THE DARK treat! The Tavern is where you’ll find the Oogie Boogie Meringue.

Oogie Boogie Meringue

A pomegranate-cherry base is topped with a meringue Oogie Boogie and gummy worms. (P.S. It’s gluten-friendly!)

Care for something savory? Hades Nachos will appear at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe! Black Bean Nacho Chips will be topped with spicy Buffalo chicken.

(Don’t forget to stop by the Fixin’s Bar for more toppings!)

The Muenster Smash Burger at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe will top a burger with Muenster cheese, tots, and Sriracha aïoli on a black bun.

The Pumpkin Cheesecake returns as well… but with a new style!

It’s a Gluten-Friendly treat this year, with a pecan base and caramel glaze. Find it at Main Street Bakery.

Golden Oak Outpost will transform into the Cider House on Party nights!

Here you’ll find Apple Cider, the Warm Caramel-Stuffed Pretzel, and Cinnamon Donuts!! YUM!

The Maleficent Dessert will be found at Storybook Treats. The lime soft serve (we think it’s the same kind that makes up the Peter Pan Float) will be served inside a black waffle cone and topped with purple sprinkles and crowned with chocolate Maleficent horns!

The popular Waffle Sundae will return to Sleepy Hollow. But this year? The vanilla ice cream sundae with caramel sauce comes with Zero Waffles!

And, hey… this one will be available to all Magic Kingdom guests starting October 1st!

The popular chocolate and cream Jack Skellington Push Pop will make his way back  to Sleepy Hollow as well (but for the Party only).

Worms and Dirt will make its return once again; only this year, it’s gluten-friendly!

Worms and Dirt

Chocolate pudding and gluten-free chocolate cake crumbs is complete with gummy worms and Master Gracey’s gravestone. Find it at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe during the Party only at first; then look for it to be available daily for all guests starting October 1st! (Here’s a hint — you may want to check out Mobile Order to find it!)
