It was time for us to dig into this. The pâte à choux pastry is the carrier for the pineapple mousse.

And, yep — that mousse has a distinct Dole Whip flavor! Our taste-testers agreed that it was delicious and tasted just like the iconic frozen pineapple soft-serve treat.

The éclair is topped off with a white chocolate piece decorated with the Amorette’s logo as well as a pineapple.
