Disney World Refillable Resort Mugs to Receive a Halloween Makeover for 2018
We’ve got ALL SORTS of Halloween fun coming your way today! You may have already seen our preview of the Halloween Souvenirs coming to both Disneyland Resort and Disney World for the upcoming season, which — believe it or not — is coming soon! (Disneyland’s Halloween Time kicks off on September 7, and the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom is on August 17!)

Anyway, in case you missed it while you were checking out the Cauldron Premium Popcorn Bucket, the new (and returning) Oogie Boogie Popcorn Buckets, and all THREE colors of the Poison Apple Glow Cubes, we also mentioned something super fun about the 2018 Happy Halloween Travel Mug amidst the details.
2018 Happy Halloween Design
You see, above is the design that will be featured on the refillable popcorn buckets sold at both Disneyland and Disney World. The bright purple background is layered with a stylized castle, some friendly jack-o-lanterns, Minnie in the driver’s seat on a broom built for two, and Chip and Dale adorned as bats!
But here’s the coolest part: a similar design will be used on Travel Mugs available across Disneyland Resort and at the resorts of Walt Disney World. And for Disney World Resort guests, this will be the design on the Refillable Resort Mugs! Yup! The Halloween-y travel mug will be refillable at all of the Walt Disney World resorts, as part of the refillable mugs program! (Note: the Disneyland mugs will be non-refillable.)

We believe the Halloween Mug will also be the one guests receive as part of the Disney Dining Plan, but we’re not 100% sure. Additionally, it is unclear at this time as to whether guests will be able to choose the current Refillable Resort Mug design instead, or if the Halloween version will be the only one available. We’ll update here when we find out!
Refillable Resort Mugs
Guests who have been visiting Disney World for a long time may remember the days when each Disney World Resort had its own Refillable Resort Mug. And while this same Halloween design will be featured at all the Resorts, it’s still fun to know that there will be a unique, limited-time aspect to this particular Refillable Mug once again!
Aaaand now we need a new travel mug! 
But really, the holidays may come early at the Disney Parks, but they still only come once a year. And so: we celebrate!
